As an Analyst/Associate in our team, you will have the opportunity to be involved in transaction structuring, business and financial diligence, financing documentation and market tracing. You will also have the opportunity to prepare syndication materials, lender/investor dialogue and be involved in internal credit approval process along with client interaction for ongoing mandates and new business development.
- Create and analyse financial models, performing scenario analysis and tests to examine the effects of client alternatives
- Participate in and conduct due diligence which is a vital part of transactions
- Organise and prepare presentation, which explain industry trends and be able to recommend strategies
